Resolved Question: leaving a country with two passports?

This is really complicated but I'm currently living in Japan and is going on a trip to SE Asia. I am a dual citizen of America and Jamaica. Three out of the six countries I'm visiting require Jamaicans to have a visa. I don't enough time to get three visas so I wondering if I could leave Japan on my Jamaican passport land in Malaysia on my American passport and then travel around SE Asia on my American passport then fly from Thailand to Osaka and then re-enter Japan on my Jamaican passport?
