I will be arriving to Narita, i plan to go to tokyo from there, spend 7 days in tokyo and then travel to kyoto 6 days there and then travel to kobe spend 7 day there too. I heard before I came to Japan and after, that Osaka and Kansai people have a more upfront attitude similar to that of New Yorkers and are more outgoing than people in Tokyo and Kanto.
